		<description>I really like the charts you have as I am in the last catagory at 66 years of age.  Now that I&#039;m retired and I can focus on my health, weight and BMI as a priority rather than as an afterthought, I&#039;ve been looking for information to discuss with a personal trainer. As I&#039;m in the obese category I already know and have been loosing weight through moderate exercise (walking 6mi 40-5 days/week at about 112 HR @ 55% range).  How much weight should I loose before I join a gym for a more intense workout?  I&#039;m at 225# and 6&#039;1&quot;.</description>
